What we would ask Associates to do is:

  1. use, if they wish, our quality documentation with our logo to provide a more consistent approach across the country;

  2. to critique our original documentation and to review it in an on-going manner for the sake of quality.

  3. To subscribe a certain percentage - to be negotiated - of recruitment fees to a “KEA Reserve” for advertisements in the Gazette to promote our Associates and services.

    Note: Appraisal consultancy fees are exempt while other types of consultancy work fees may be negotiated towards a mutually satisfactory agreement.

We are open to consultants who are experienced professional educators applying to be one of our Associates. In our general ethics we do not believe in “head hunting” consultants from other organised consultancies. We welcome professionals who would like to join us but we cannot utilise the services of people who intend to belong to two consultancies, as this would be an obvious “conflict of interest”.

KEA Associates will not be bound by a contract as they are free agents but will enjoy a Memorandum of Understanding that will be designed in consultation with all Associates.

If you would like to know more then contact Alan Jermaine on 09 418-0156 between 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Your contact with Alan puts you under no obligation whatsoever.
